As its name suggests, this stunning wildflower is native to the Golden State. One of the most under-rated of all the North American wildflowers, we heartily recommend it to any “wild” gardener. California Bluebell is widely adaptable, and will also typically grow well in difficult, arid environments. It's currently growing in the pathways of the California Street Garden at Longfellow! Be patient with this one, as it may take a season or two to get established before it blooms.
